  • How do you address the president of a University?

Posted by admin on December 22nd, 2009 and filed under address of university |

For example, President Jones, or Mr.Jones or what?

Is it appropriate to say the latter? Like, "Mr.Jones, sir," or something similar?

Also, "Mr.President" is reserved only for the president of the U.S., correct?

    Thanks!

If its the Dean of a university something along the lines of Dean(his surname) then We the students/staff……….. or on behalf of……….
