Is there another way to get a list of all the contact email addresses of English speaking Countries’ universities other than hours going through them all on the net?

As a person who works at a university, I can tell you that if you mass email everyone at a university, your message will be classed as spam, quarantined, and your address blocked and possibly reported as a spammer.

How can i set up outlook 2003 to open my university account.

You need to ask the system operator on campus for local details, but basically all you need to do is set up an account with your user name and password. Open email, click on tools go to accounts and setup an account with the information. Usually there are help pages associated with all aspects of computing supplied by local sysops who have been there and done that!! Just follow their instructions and all will be revealed.

My university email account is on the Outlook Web Access system but at home I use Office Outlook, I have managed to set this up with by ISP, domain name and hotmail accounts.

Sometimes. It depends on how your company has Exchange setup and what versions of Outlook and OWA are used. The process is called using Outlook RPC over an HTTP Client. There are instructions available here: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/outlookrpchttp.html
