This weird ’something’ is proposed to be the new logo of the second oldest Czech University.
A large controversy has arisen because a significant part of the academic community feels disgusted and claims that this logo does not symbolize anything connected with a university, but instead it is just similar to many anonymous company logos.
The lucky author V?ra Marešová is about to get 60000 CZK for winning the competition and another 400000 CZK from a consecutive contract.
