This was a video I made to put in the “special features” section of my DVD “My Story, My Journey”.
This is NOT a complete tour, it’s mostly the route I took from my dorm (Simon KY Lee Hall) and through the main parts of campus. However it should give you a sense of the scenery which is quite nice.

Hi! Thank you for …
I have a few questions, thought, and I hope you can try to answer them for me:
Hi! Thank you for your video; it really showed me the campus
1. What’s the academic atmosphere? I heard once Chinese kids get into college, they become more relaxed.
2. What’s the student population like? Ethnicity percentage, etc.
Thank you!
By the way, I was born in China, but came to the US when I was 9. I will be attending one of the top UCs this fall

Yes, Hong Kong has …
Yes, Hong Kong has two official languages, Cantonese and English. HKU is taught only in English unless the entire class is local students. Hong Kong is a very international city, there are many people from all over the world and they all use English to communicate. All street signs are also in English.
I don’t think there is a 3 month program, but trust me, you’ll want to stay longer even if you do a 6 month
